Important information for participants

Comming to Völklingen
  take the exit 10 "Völklingen Ost (Hafen), when arriving at McDonald turn right in direction of "Stadion"
  panels will lead to the parking are from Thursday

Parking area
  all competitors are asked to park their cars as nearby as possible
  the parking area is to left properly
  trash cans are at your disposal
  open fire on the parking area is prohibited (risk of fire)

Exhibition
  no meals or drinks can be brought in the exhibition
  meals against meal tickets only (can be bought at place)
  not used meal tickets cannot be reimboursed
  entry to the exhibition with the yellow band only (Teamleader does distribute the yellow bands to their Team members)
  every sportsmen will receive two yellow bands, one for himself and one for his accompagny

Showers
  below the exhibition, will be indicated by panels

Water
  drink water directly at the entry of the stade (hydrant)
  water in the start and arrival area
  toilets at the exhibition
  meals at the exhibition

Vet Check
  on Friday from 14 o’clock till 18 o’clock
  on Saturday from 7 o’clock in the starting area (exceptions only please)Startbereich (nur in Ausnahmefällen)

Race trail
  the race trail is in a natural area, please be carefull with plants and animals

Meals
  there’ll be appr. 500 meals on Saturday evening. All sportsmen bring their plates and cuterly back to the dishwasher please

Drinks
  to speed up the distribution of drinks, the Teamleader can take over crates of drinks. Final invoice will be given on Sunday evening to the Teamleaders.

Service
  all peoples working for the meals are family members of myself. Please be patient and stay kind even if you’ve to wait for your meal or your drink.
